Good riddance to native reporting.

It was never that good anyway.
If it were, the BI industry wouldn't exist. Tableau wouldn't exist. The entire third-party dashboard market — billions of dollars — exists precisely because native reporting in your PMS, your POS, your CRM was always an afterthought.
A checkbox. Not a capability.
So stop waiting for it to get better. It won't. It was never the point.
Here's what's actually possible now.
Every system you run generates raw data — reservations, spend, cancellations, bookings by source, and campaign performance. That data has always been there. The problem was never the data. It was what happened — or didn't happen — after you collected it.
AI changes that completely. Extract it. Combine it. Apply an intelligence layer that thinks like a PhD analyst who knows your business, your market, and your competitive set.
You don't get a cleaner dashboard. You get answers you've never had access to before. Patterns nobody was looking for. Opportunities your reports were structurally incapable of surfacing.
This isn't better reporting. It's the end of reporting as the goal.
Keep the systems that run your operations. Let AI do the rest.
What would you do with the intelligence your stack was never designed to give you?
