Please also review our Terms of Service, which apply to your use of the Services. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as described below. 1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

 

1.1 The LaderaAI Services

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect, use, share or process when you:

  • Visit our website at www.ladera.ai or any other site operated by LaderaAI where this Privacy Policy is posted (together, the “Website”);

  • Access and use LaderaAI’s online hosted software platform (the “Platform”), which delivers the Services and includes artificial intelligence application features, an analytics engine, and any updates or enhancements. The Platform may include generative artificial intelligence functionality (“AI Features”), such as large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning (ML) technologies, developed by LaderaAI or third-party providers, along with any related products, tools, or services made available through the Website or Platform;

  • Communicate with us by email, phone, or through events and marketing activities.

We refer to the Website, Platform and any other services we provide that relates to this Privacy Policy collectively as the “Services.”

 

1.2 Authorized Users and Customer Data

Our Platform is made available to customers who have entered into an agreement with us (“Customers”), and for their authorized personnel or other approved individuals (“Authorized Users”).  When we process personal information on behalf of a Customer (“Customer Data”), we act as a data processor. Our handling of Customer Data is governed by our agreement with the Customer. The Customer is responsible for their own policies regarding the collection and use of Customer Data, and LaderaAI does not control how Customers manage or use that information.

 

2. Information We Collect

In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information that identifies or could reasonably identify you. This can include your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or other information linked to you.  It does not include aggregated or anonymized data that can’t be used to identify you.

The types of information we collect, and how we collect it, depend on how you use our Services. Here’s what we collect:

 

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information you choose to give us when you use the Services or interact with us, such as:

  • Identity and Contact Information – Your name, company email, company phone number, and business address if you contact us or register for the Services.

  • Registration and Account Information – When you create an account, we collect your name, company, job title, account credentials, and account identification. If you connect a third-party account, we also collect access credentials to enable the connection.

  • Payment Information – We collect payment details to process your purchases through our third-party payment processors (see the “Payment Processors” section below for more details).

  • Support Requests and Inquiries – If you contact customer support, we collect your contact details, account information, and the content of your message.

  • Communications, Feedback, and Events – When you submit forms, send emails, sign up for newsletters, give feedback, complete surveys, or attend webinars/events, we collect your information and any content you provide.

You don’t have to provide personal information, but if you choose not to, some features of the Services may not be available.  If you give us personal information about someone else, you must have permission to do so.

We collect and process the content Customers and their Authorized Users upload, submit, or transmit through the Platform, including:

  • Prompts

  • Inputs

  • Third-Party Account Data

  • Any other Customer Data (which may include personal information)

We handle Customer Data according to our agreement with the Customer. If Customer Data includes personal information, the Customer’s own privacy policy governs that information.


Certain features of the Services use AI Features. Outputs generated by the AI Features are based on inputs provided by users and other data. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any outputs before using them. Please see our Terms of Service for additional disclaimers regarding AI-generated content.

 

2.4 Information from Third Parties

We may also receive information about you from other sources, such as:

  • Service Providers – Partners who help operate our Services (e.g., hosting, fraud detection).

  • Analytics, Lead Generation, and Marketing Providers – Third parties who help us with data enrichment, marketing, advertising, and event hosting.

  • Third-Party AI Partners – Providers who supply us with usage and output data related to AI features.

If you use the Services through a corporate account, the account administrators may access and control your LaderaAI account and may be able to view your account data, depending on the permissions set by your organization.

When you collaborate or share personal information within a corporate account, that information may be accessible to other Authorized Users based on account settings.

 

4.3 Service Providers

We share personal information with trusted third parties who help us deliver and operate the Services, including:

4.5 Legal Requirements and Compliance

We may disclose your personal information if necessary to:

LaderaAI does not directly collect or store your full payment information. If you pay us by credit card, we only access limited transaction details — not your full card number or billing information.

We use third-party, PCI-compliant payment processors (currently Stripe) to handle payments securely on our behalf. Your payment information is processed directly by Stripe, and is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. You should review Stripe’s privacy practices before submitting any payment information.

 

6. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics

We work with third-party advertisers, ad networks, and analytics providers to serve ads and better understand how people use our Services. These partners may use tracking technologies (such as cookies or pixels) to collect information about your activities across different websites and platforms. 7.1 Marketing Communications

You can opt out of receiving marketing emails by:

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as account updates or service notices.

If you are an Authorized User under a corporate account, we retain your information as required by the administrator of your account. In some cases, we may anonymize personal information instead of deleting it. When we anonymize data, we take steps to ensure it can no longer be linked to any individual. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. The data protection laws in those countries may not be as protective as those in your home country. 13. "Do Not Track" Preferences

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals to websites. Our Services may link to websites or resources operated by third parties ("External Websites") that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to External Websites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement. External Websites may collect your personal information, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any websites you visit.

 

15. Third-Party Social Media Plugins

Our Services may include features from third-party social media platforms (such as a Twitter "Follow" button). These features may use cookies or web beacons to collect information about your interactions with our Services and the social media platform. If you are logged in to your social media account, the platform may link your interactions with your account. 16. California "Shine the Light" Disclosure

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents have the right to request information about sharing personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  We currently do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Privacy Policy and post the updated version on our Services. Changes are effective when posted. If we make material changes, we will notify you as required by law. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
