RIP Case Studies

Case studies had a good run.
For decades they were how hotel commercial teams managed risk. Read about a hotel management company that adopted a platform, infer what it might do for your portfolio. Reasonable, when the alternative was a cold call and a slide deck.
But case studies decay. The portfolio in the story is not your portfolio. The staff who ran that pilot left eighteen months ago. The product has shipped three releases since the screenshot. Their PMS stack, their channel mix, their ownership structure, their revenue manager’s KPIs, none of it is yours.
Something better exists. Put the actual product in front of a commercial team, running on their own data, at zero cost and zero implementation lift, and no testimonial competes. Their TRevPAR. Their ADR. Their F&B capture. Their P&L. That is an evaluation nobody can stage.
Collateral is cheap to produce. Trials are expensive. That is why so many vendors keep choosing collateral, and why the ones who don’t are telling you something.
Stop reading about someone else’s results. Ask to see your own.
