Watch What It Does.

The AI community is tied up in knots over whether AI has "judgment."

Wrong question.

Here's what happened last week: A hotel GM was facing ownership with a year-over-year decline in room nights. Not the conversation you want to have.

LaderaAI didn't just dump data on them. It dug through the noise and found the story: Direct sales up. Corporate and group business stronger. ADR increases that more than offset the occupancy dip.

It positioned the presentation the way a sharp revenue manager would: leading with strength, contextualizing the weakness, and showing the strategic wins.

Calling it "judgment" or "pattern recognition" doesn't really matter.

What matters is that a hotel team walked into that meeting confident instead of defensive. The technology saw what a human expert would see—and delivered it in seconds, not hours.

The tool either makes you better at your job or it doesn't. Everything else is just noise.
