"We don't have a spa."

Five words from a customer last week, and my favorite product moment so far.
Context: a hotel commercial leader asked Ladera how to drive more weekend revenue at one of their properties. The analysis dug through the operating data, surfaced revenue opportunities the team hadn't been looking for. One of the ideas leaned on a spa.
The property doesn't have one.
So the customer said so. And in seconds, the analysis rebuilt the recommendation around what the property actually has — its room inventory, its outlets, its market — each option sized in annual revenue.
This is the point people miss about AI in revenue strategy. It's not "the machine hands you the answer." It's a conversation — your judgment and market knowledge, its command of your data. Neither one alone finds the opportunity. Together, they found meaningful weekend upside before the team's strategy meeting even started.
Oh, and the commercial leader added a colleague straight into the analysis thread as meeting prep. No deck. No data dig. Just: here's what we found, let's decide.
